The residential property at The Concession is owned by The Concession Land Development LLC, a partnership between Core Development of Wichita, Kansas and Property Markets Group of New York City.Core Development has conducted business throughout the Midwest and Florida since 1995. Their diverse portfolio includes new construction, historic renovation and additions for the health care, hotel, single family and luxury home markets. Core Development is best known in the local market as the developer of The Ritz-Carlton hotel and condominium project in Sarasota, Florida. The hotel opened in November of 2001 \In 2002 it was rated the best Ritz-Carlton hotel in North America and the third best worldwide by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler magazine.

Property Markets Group is a real estate development and investment company based in New York City. Current real estate holdings are valued at over $1 billion, which include residential, hospitality, golf, retail and office properties.

The Concession Golf Club is wholly owned by affiliates of Core Development which oversees development of the golf course and club amenities.
