Membership Opportunities

There are three types of club memberships available: Full Membership, Invitational Full Membership and Sports Membership. Memberships are limited and available on a first-come first served basis.

Homeowners of The Concession Golf Club & Residences may apply for a Full or Sports Membership. Invitational Full Memberships are currently available for non-property homeowners living outside The Concession Golf Club & Residences community.

Full and Invitational Full Memberships allow members the use of all The Concession club amenities, including full use of the Sports Club and full privileges at all of the golf facilities and the Golf Club. Full members are not required to pay greens fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities, only golf cart or trail fees.

Full Membership is available for a $125,000 deposit and monthly dues of $750. Invitational Full Membership is available for a $150,000 deposit and monthly dues of $750.* Sports Membership is available  for $30,000 and monthly dues of $225.

*Full & Invitational Full Membership dues are charged at 75% until one of the clubhouses is open. Sports Member dues will commence when either clubhouse opens.
