From fine wine and an elegant meal to a quick bite between nines, The Bistro is a relaxed, inviting setting. The experienced culinary team is ready to meet the dining needs of members and guests, plus the club offers a Culinary Membership for foodies who are looking to experience the club’s food and wine offering without the golf component.
The wine list is deeply diverse (365 selections, a multitude in the 90+ point range) representing a broad spectrum of wines from around the world, including a Captain’s List that contains perhaps the largest collection of perfect and near-perfect scoring wines (99-100 points Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator) in the area. Much of the wine list is highly allocated and difficult to acquire, presenting the member with a very special treat. The rotating wine by the glass program features unique, small production, and the most highly allocated wines available today, giving members and guests the opportunity to sample rare wines.

Reservations and proper dress required. Shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks or bermuda shorts of mid-thigh length are considered appropriate attire. No shorts in the formal dining areas after 5 p.m. Cargo shorts and hats are not permitted. For women, dresses, shirts, slacks, blouses, and mid-thigh length shorts are considered appropriate attire. Please note that denim is not permitted in the dining room or clubhouse at any time.
